I ordered this on the 13th of Nov and got it the 14th :D !!! and that was with super savers shipping.it was a fairly easy set up, its also a really thin tv. i happen to think the stand is genius.the actual picture to me is great, im not to experienced on quality. but its a clear picture, nothing is blurred. i can read all of the numbers and words with ease.my only issue is the panoramic view is THE WORST. the middle of the screen is perfect but the outer corner area stretches as if you're looking in a magnifying glass. so i will never use that option. other than that its great and i like it a lot.this is my 2nd vizio tv.

The first one was no good. Picture was fuzzy, off color and just not what I thought it should be. Called Visio, talked to the tech, went through some adjustments and still not right. I had a feeling it might not be right when we saw there was some damage to the one corner of the box it came in. Next called AMAZON. They are great!~ Had a new one shipped out the next day after shipping the first one back. What a difference. This is what a Visio should be. Picture is great and the audio is also very good compared to most in this size.

My experience was the same as other reviewers in that the tv sound kept muting off. The only way to restore the sound was to turn the tv off then back on again. This must be a quality control problem. I returned the set and bought a Toshiba 24" which turned out to be an excellent tv--much better quality, much better sound than the Vizio, when the Vizio had sound, and aesthetically more tasteful.
